Memory check questions.

1. ISO is increased as the light level becomes less. What ISO number would be used on a bright sunny day and what ISO would be used when shooting in low light? 

For a bright sunny day your ISO would be low so around 100-200 but if you're shooting in low light your ISO would need to be high to intake as much light as possible so it would be around 800-1000.

2. There are many types of camera lens, for example macro. List three other types of lens.

  • Telephoto.
  • Wide angle.
  • Fast prime.


3. What do the following three camera mode acronym stand for? M, S, P, A

Manuel, Shutter speed, Program, Aperture.

4. Detail three skills you have used/evidenced during this assignment that could be used on your CV.


  • Meeting deadlines.
  • Following instructions.
  • Working in a team.


5. List three props that could be used to make a Film Noir photo-shoot look authentic.

  • Cigarettes.
  • A gun
  • A fedora/top hat.
